Olseup does not manage smartphone usage time by having "someone else watch over and block it."
It is a digital habit app where you decide for yourself how much you will use today and stick to that promise on your own.
■ You can start immediately on your own
You can install and use it right away without logging in or receiving an invitation.
You set your planned time and non-used time for each day, and all you have to do is select your goal for the day every morning.
If you decide to join a group later, you can take your accumulated records with you.
■ This is how your day works
1. Planned Time — Set your "up to this amount" in advance for each day.
2. Today's Goal — Every morning, you personally select how much you will use within your planned time.
3. Nagging — You can choose how you will be notified each day when you finish your goal.
· Turn off nagging: Notifies you only once
· Turn on nagging: Notifies you every 5 minutes and also tracks your non-used time
4. Records — Your goals and actual usage accumulate by day, allowing you to see at a glance how many consecutive days you have stuck to them. ■ We Don't See What You Did
We don't collect data on which apps you used or which websites you visited. We only check "whether you were using it or not."
Even the group leader cannot view usage history by app. What is displayed on the main screen is information at the level of habits, such as how many days you kept to your schedule this week or whether your 4-week progress is improving.
There are no features to remotely lock the screen or force-close apps.
■ We Don't Block You
We don't lock the screen even if you miss your goals.
We simply notify you, "You kept your promise for today well up to this point," and you finish up on your own.
You can choose to dim the screen or turn off nagging for just the day right there on the spot.
■ With a Group
· The leader creates a group and distributes invitation codes, and members register their devices.
· You can set separate planned times and non-use times for each device.
· You can entrust the settings to the group or set them yourself. You can entrust and retrieve them at any time.
· A single device can belong to up to two groups.
· If you want to extend your usage time, you can communicate your desired duration to the group leader.
· Windows PCs can also be managed in the same way.
■ Suitable for:
· Those who want to record their usage time and keep track of their goals on their own.
· Families, couples, or friends who want to support each other's habits.
· Those who have tried blocking apps but couldn't stick with them for long because they felt "blocked."
■ Required Permissions
· Access to usage history — Required to measure usage time. It does not transmit what you did.
· Exclude from battery optimization — Required to prevent the app from shutting down due to power saving features.
· Notifications — Required to show remaining time and finish reminders.
· Over other apps — Required to notify you on the screen when your time is up. It does not lock or force-close the app.
I decide how I will use it today and stick to it. A digital habit app with no monitoring or forced blocking.
