To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is because they've not find a way to get an euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.

I'm giving them 1 star to address some issues here because I know you must have been reading some other 1 star bad reviews. Well the truth is that, the support is very slow to resolve issues of Missing deposits. I had a missing deposit on the 17th of March. and it literally took them 17 days of constant messaging with proofs to rectify it. If I wasn't persistent, it would be lost forever. So if you can deal with that, then sign up. Otherwise, they have the best rates with Zero fees.

The only means of identification you accept is passport and driving license.. My national ID is not accepted, so I can't use the app? That's bad
