I use the lock, bridge and keypad for my Bed & Breakfast. I've had it a few months and has worked so great. I have a fob for each room and it works seamlessly. I don't use the location Bluetooth unlocking, but who needs it when you have a fob or the keypad. So super easy. My only complaint so far is when I'm in a bad cell service or wifi location, the app gets buggy.

As others have stated, the app is buggy and unreliable. The auto unlock feature usually doesn't work (once in a while it surprises me and works). Sometimes, the app freezes up when trying to open it, so I can't even unlock the door manually through the app. For these reasons, I always make sure I have my physical key with me because it's much quicker than the app. No issues with the hardware as of yet, all app-related problems. Please fix it!

Worked well for the first few months, but then the auto unlocked stopped working, and after the person is already inside, THEN it unlocks. I replaced the battery and now it doesn't work at all. Very expensive lock that doesn't work via the app, so we're back to using the key, which defeats the whole point of buying this. App suggests firmware update but "update" button doesn't work. Overpriced doorknob at this point.
