As others have stated, the app is buggy and unreliable. The auto unlock feature usually doesn't work (once in a while it surprises me and works). Sometimes, the app freezes up when trying to open it, so I can't even unlock the door manually through the app. For these reasons, I always make sure I have my physical key with me because it's much quicker than the app. No issues with the hardware as of yet, all app-related problems. Please fix it!

Worked well for the first few months, but then the auto unlocked stopped working, and after the person is already inside, THEN it unlocks. I replaced the battery and now it doesn't work at all. Very expensive lock that doesn't work via the app, so we're back to using the key, which defeats the whole point of buying this. App suggests firmware update but "update" button doesn't work. Overpriced doorknob at this point.

Level is possibly one of the worst integrations of a smart device I've ever seen. The hardware looks and feeling great. Everything about the software is absolutely terrible. I bought it for my parents and set it up with my email. I invited them to the home and created them accounts. Huge headache getting them logged into the app. Finally they get logged in and there is no way for them to join the invitation to the home. It keeps asking to set up a new lock. Website is no help either.
