Does not connect to Ring despite saying works with Ring. Have to force stop the app every time I want to use it. Regrettable purchase and terrible app. Month later, still having issues where the app won't let me access my shared user section. Can't add a level connect. App is absolute trash and support goes round and round in circles making you uninstall and reinstall it. Fix your code!!!!

Doesn't tell you it's battery is low until you are locked outside in cold. Takes a minute for app to realize it's in Bluetooth range the level connect takes longer than Bluetooth. Do not buy or download. I left home had the dog walker added to the card she gets there it doesn't work I have the level connect It said offline. The app doesn't tell you when the battery is low or anything

As others have stated, the app is buggy and unreliable. The auto unlock feature usually doesn't work (once in a while it surprises me and works). Sometimes, the app freezes up when trying to open it, so I can't even unlock the door manually through the app. For these reasons, I always make sure I have my physical key with me because it's much quicker than the app. No issues with the hardware as of yet, all app-related problems. Please fix it!
