Excellent teaching but app doesn't work properly.. net speed is good but show the no data connection 🙄😐

Ma'am study excellent. But Remove "Offline download " option because offline means 'without net' and when videos download for offline then after some days later automatically removed video. It's a big default App. Kindly say about it to App Developer 'ClassPlus'. If I say wrong then excuse me.

Without any pre information they blocked my paid course before time...No customer care no. And no payment receipt or proof of my paid course is available on their app to complain about this discontinuity.... Now a message of again buy the course is flashing on app's main screen....Teaching methods and study materials are excellent but Really disappointing app. About paid course or activity...😡😡
