About this app

Marce is your office assistant. Connect your WhatsApp line and she'll answer your patients 24/7: schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments at your actual time, and notify you of her activity.

What you can do with the app:

• Schedule by day, week, and month, with your hours, absences, and Colombian holidays.

• Access patient records and appointment history.

• WhatsApp chats from your line, so you can message whenever you want.

• Automatic reminders before each appointment.

• Activity tracking: what Marce answered, to whom, and why.

• Google Calendar: your appointments are also integrated into your Google Calendar.

Designed for healthcare professionals in Colombia who see patients in office settings and want to ensure no one is left without a response.

Marce needs a practice account (which you create within the app) and a WhatsApp line to connect. She does not share your data or your patients' data with third parties.
