About this app

Računko is a Croatian invoicing application, designed for craftsmen, flat-rate traders, OPGs and small businesses — those who want a tool that plugs in and works, without weeks of learning.

Issue invoices while you are at the client's place, in the field or in the car. You select the client, add items from the code book, the VAT is calculated automatically, and the invoice arrives at the client by email in the same minute. No Excel, no calculator, no return to the office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE APPLICATION

• Invoices — create, view PDF, send by e-mail and track whether it has been paid
• Fiscalization — with one touch or automatically, JIR and ZKI immediately on the account
• Proforma invoices — convert to an invoice with one touch
• Cancel — correct the mistake immediately, without calling the accountant
• Reminders — send a reminder for an unpaid bill in two taps
• Offers — create, send PDF, track status and convert to invoice
• Clients — database with history and checking whether the client is registered for eAccount
• Articles — catalog of products and services with prices, units and VAT rate
• Incoming invoices — overview of received invoices, PDFs and attachments, payment records
• Statistics — issued, collected, to be collected and monthly overview on the cover
• Notifications — business event feed and email notification settings

FISCALIZATION 1.0 AND 2.0

Add your fiscal certificate and invoices are fiscalized directly from the mobile phone. JIR and ZKI are written to the account, and sending to the Tax Administration takes place in the background. You choose automatic or manual mode. You obtain the certificate from FINA.

Računko also monitors the transition to mandatory e-invoice exchange, so you don't have to worry about whether you will be ready on January 1, 2027.

MULTIPLE COMPANIES FROM ONE ACCOUNT

Do you run multiple companies? You switch between them in two taps, each with its own clients, items and documents. You can assign access and roles to colleagues.

WORKS TOGETHER WITH THE WEB

Everything you do on your mobile phone is immediately available on app.racunko.eu and vice versa. Mobile is for quick issuance and viewing on the go, web for larger jobs — POS cash register, delivery notes with digital signature, travel orders, recurring invoices and detailed reports.

SECURITY

Data is stored on servers in the European Union, traffic is encrypted, and operations are GDPR compliant. You can delete your account directly from the application.

SUBSCRIPTION

To use the application, you need a Računko subscription to the Basic, Standard or Pro package. You register in the application, and you select and pay for the package at racunko.eu. Cancellation is possible at any time, without penalties.
