love this exchange, but the new update is terrible. The search bar for tokens/coins doesn't work. Information under each asset in "my wallet" is so hard to get to. There are so many different tabs and drop downs you need to click on to get to where you want to go. The "see more" tab literally shows you two extra lines.....just show us it all at once. I can't wait for a new update. we need less clicks!

Hello, I can’t log in despite reinstalling the app, clearing cache, using WiFi/cellular, and verifying via email and text. Support refuses to escalate, freeze, or close my account. I’ve tried all their suggested steps on multiple devices with no success. Please escalate this. Your web service is refusing to help and rather play 20 questions and copy paste generic messages. took this review to get this escalated and request the chat ID as they don't do trouble tickets.

Confusing, constantly changing navigation, intrusive, spammy advertising and notifications, auth keeps failing, popups that launch a web browser when trying to do a daily task. Everything must be done inside the app--no web support. I've been using the app for 4 years and it keeps getting worse. Chat support is a joke, and sounds like AI. "I understand."
