How to use MuvMi?
1. Download the free app and register your phone
2. Choose pick-up, drop-off points and number of passengers. Then start booking!
3. See where the driver is and how long before the driver arrives
4. Scan QR on the vehicle, to make sure this is the right car
5. Pay per trip or top up as you wish

Ratings and reviews

Very poor app and service. Can only set drop off in the same area you are picked up in, even if the drop off would be only a few blocks away. Drivers often are 10 mins away for 20 mins, but there is no way to cancel even when they don't move at all. Overall very below par for similar services on other apps or in other countries.

I liked this app up until support made me reinstall it. Now when opening the app an error is shown immediately and it became unusable. EDIT: It started working again, there is a bug though that keeps refreshing the screen every few seconds. But at least I can book my tuktuks again 😁

So often when I book, the car just pass in front of me and doesn't stop! It goes to another location and I get stuck with my ride. Either that or I book the car, and the car doesn't move at all. Like not moving at all, not even a meter. Until today I was bothered but I would just cancel and switch to another app. Until I find out I'm actually getting charged everytime, even though it's clearly the driver not doing his job! You pay for a service you don't get after waiting 20 minutes!
