Very poor app and service. Can only set drop off in the same area you are picked up in, even if the drop off would be only a few blocks away. Drivers often are 10 mins away for 20 mins, but there is no way to cancel even when they don't move at all. Overall very below par for similar services on other apps or in other countries.

I liked this app up until support made me reinstall it. Now when opening the app an error is shown immediately and it became unusable. EDIT: It started working again, there is a bug though that keeps refreshing the screen every few seconds. But at least I can book my tuktuks again 😁

this app deserves negative star, the worst app. I've top up into their e wallet hoping to use the app during my visit. the top up process was easily done via qr payment. However the app was useless, It can't detect location & I wasn't able to use the app during my trip. I've gotten in touch to get a refund. I'm requested to open a thai bank account to avoid a fee of 300baht. I'm just a tourist after all, so I guess this is upfront conjob, there is no way for me to get back the refund.stupid app
