This is not a reflection on the property management, I've had nothing but good experiences with them, but their whole system is dependent on this app, and this app is terrible. Freezes often, scrolling is bugged, cant click some buttons, and now the app simply wont open for the past few days, not sure how I'm supposed to pay my rent...please get a new software developer.

This app is SUCH a pain. The last update put some of the most important communication buttons under the back/space/window keys on the phone screen, so it's an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to communicate through it. Now they've added a REALLY useful option for rent payments, but the app isn't updated to access it. Maybe someday...

Only half the time does this app open and work like its supposed to. May need to work out the bugs and send out a new update. When I go to input my password it shuts the app down on me and won't allow me to login. I do love that there isn't a fee for the debit card payment, but when I pay my rent there always shows a $0 balance owing so I just have to remember what my full rent payment is every month.
