If zero stars were available, that would be my rating. Issues include; unable to pay rent (despite un-installing and re-installing the app multiple times, as well as signing out and signing back in), messages disappearing, document uploads not working. Additionally, there is little to no technical support from MYND regarding their app with the only solutions provided being call the third party payment processor and pay a fee to make a rent payment or to keep trying until an action works.

Only half the time does this app open and work like its supposed to. May need to work out the bugs and send out a new update. When I go to input my password it shuts the app down on me and won't allow me to login. I do love that there isn't a fee for the debit card payment, but when I pay my rent there always shows a $0 balance owing so I just have to remember what my full rent payment is every month.

Mynd and their app is one of the worst rental experiences out there. if you are contemplating renting from them, take the time to shop around for other people.
