your recent change of contacting agent via 99.co is a big set back! not only the delay in contacting the agent of the listing is annoying, it totally direct to a wrong listing! Before this new thing, the other agent portal did that first and annoyed users, turning people to 99.co for better user experience. But now your user experience is worst than the other platforms.

The edit search feature doesn't work if you want to change the MRT selection. There are also lots of duplicate ads referring to the same unit by multiple agents. Sometimes you see > 5ads on the same unit! Hmm, I thought one of the selling point of 99co when I first heard its advertisement was minimum duplicate. A bit disappointing, frankly. Update (Sep 2022): The report listing function is not working either. No wonder despite the "verified real", many "fake" ads.

Hello We pay so much , but the APP quality is worest. Whenever using for search listings, always asks me to login, when i already loged in, this simple APP FIXING YOU ARE NOT DOING, DESPITE I COMPLAINED THIS BEFORE. No wonder if agent facing this issue, Buyers Wont have time to keep longing in to enquire listings, thats why wr are not even getting calls when we post.
