A witness swears he never left the lamplight. His shadow says otherwise.
Shadow Ledger is a noir deduction puzzle game set in a rain-soaked city of gas lamps, fog and secrets. Put every person back where they stood, watch their shadows swing live under the lamps as you drag them, and make every statement hold. When the pieces fit, the case is solved.
HOW IT WORKS
• A lamp casts a shadow straight away from itself, exactly as long as the person's distance from it
• Light reaches only inside the lamp's ring: stand outside it, or under an awning, and you cast no shadow
• Two lamps, two shadows; in some cases, three
• Several hours in one case: lamps go out, people move, and every moment has to match
• Witnesses may lie. Photographs and records never do
EVERY CASE IS FAIR
• Each of the 64 cases has exactly one solution, proven by a solver
• No guessing: pure deduction from what was said and what the light shows
• Simple rules that grow deeper, one new idea at a time
A CITY OF SHADOWS
• Harbour fog and engine steam that shorten every lamp's reach
• A lighthouse, a signal lamp and a theatre follow-spot that turn between hours
• Pillars, upturned hulls, hedges and stacked trunks that stop the light
• Eight chapters: The Lamplit Quarter, Harbour Lights, The Night Mail, Ashgrove Park, The Night Market, The Velvet Curtain, The Cathedral Close and The Grand Hotel, with one ledger tying them together

• Hold a statement to study it, tap it to cross it off
• Undo, notes, and cases you can leave and resume later
• Stars for clean work: no wrong checks, no hints
• Rain, haptics and a slow jazz score (music stays off until you turn it on)
• Fully playable in English and Arabic, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic
• Cases play offline, with no account or sign-in
