About this app
Nirka is there for your dog every day. She knows him, keeps track of his records, and answers your questions anytime.
ONE PHOTO, SHE DOES THE REST
With Scan Everything, just one photo is all it takes. Nirka recognizes it: the vet bill joins his documents, the appointment becomes a reminder, and the bag of kibble gets its rating out of 100.
HIS DAY AT A GLANCE
The Home screen shows you his meals, water, and Nirka's advice all on one screen, and the bell on his photo keeps track of his treatments. Treatment done? You note it down in two taps, and Nirka suggests the next appointment.
HIS RECORDS ON ONE PAGE
Vaccinations, deworming, weight, health, vet visits: everything fits on one page, without searching. Tap his card to open his profile, change his photo, and fill in any missing information. The more complete his profile, the more accurate Nirka is.
HIS HEALTH CARD
His photo, name, breed, and microchip number on a card that's always ready. With Nirka+, the back adds his vaccinations, deworming, allergies, and veterinarian information, ready to be shown or shared in a second.
SCAN HIS FOOD
Scan the bag's barcode, get a score out of 100, and the details: protein, fat, complete or complementary food, age-appropriate or not. No jargon, just what matters to your dog, based on his weight, age, and whether he's neutered/spayed. Not a bag in the database yet? Just take a picture of the ingredient list, and Nirka will read it for you.
THE RIGHT PORTION
Nirka calculates exactly how many grams he needs per day, based on his weight, age, and diet. No more guesswork at mealtimes.
SHE KNOWS YOUR DOG
Ask her any question, anytime. She remembers what you told her, she knows her profile and the app inside and out: when it's useful, she opens the right screen directly for you. As soon as it's serious, she directs you to your veterinarian. She never replaces them.
YOUR WALKS FOR TWO
Start a walk: Nirka measures the distance and duration, and assigns them to the right dog. The route appears when you return, then disappears: Nirka never saves your routes. On the map, you'll find watering holes, parks, and dog-friendly places near you, some of which are suggested by other owners.
NIRKIES
Nirka was born from the @staffynirka community and its thousands of owners. Suggest a location, refer a friend, collect Nirkies during your walks, and exchange them for months of Nirka+.
NIRKA+
Without a subscription, the logbook, reminders, feeding schedule, map, and walks remain accessible, with 3 free questions, 3 scans, and 3 document readings, once and for all. Nirka+ unlocks unlimited questions, scans, and document readings for personal and normal use, as well as the back of your pet's health card. Monthly or annual subscription with automatic renewal, cancelable at any time from your Google Play account, up to 24 hours before the expiry date. The annual subscription starts with 7 free days, once per Google Play account.
