I have 2 power accounts and while I could previously select either property now it simply will not open the second one. Very frustrating and very poor customer service. When I was on Mercury Energy they did a much better job. So, I may have to consider changing back. The other issue I have, as I am a low user of Internet I don't require a lot of data. I have looked at Contact Broadband, however they don't offer anything but unlimited. I get great service from Spark with 130GB for $60 month.

It worked Ok for a month, then on 2 September crashed as soon as I tried to view kWh usage and this morning crashes as soon as the usage graph starts to display. 7 Nov - still crashes, 3 months from app release. 6 Feb. checked again like I do every month, Eureka, it actually worked! No idea why it stopped working for 5 months and then came right. Holding my breath it stays OK from now on. Will assign more stars if it does.

It seems that I cant track my usage in dollar only kwh. dont know if im the only one experiecing this. one of my friends can view them in dollar but not mind.
