Not the best power app I have used. For some reason they have decided to use the calendar month instead of the billing month which makes no sense when apps like this are meant to give you an overview of your usage. daily usage is very slow to be updated. with smart meters these days it should be fairly automatic and the dollar per kw has never worked for me. shocked to say it but go take a lot at 2degs power app.

this is the most frustrating app. I have had to complain so many times about it I've lost count. the submit your meter readings is the most frustrating thing in the app. it has constantly change the number I have submitted to a random that resembles nothing like the reading I entered, or it randomly misses numbers I've typed in as soon as I press the submit button. I've made multiple suggestions regarding this function, I mean would it be so difficult just to add a check page before submitting.

Contact Energy has created this app to give the illusion that they have some sort of service offering. The app requires you to sign in, but will never actually sign in. It's probably a scam to harvest data from your smartphone. I would seriously recommend finding an alternate energy provider.
