Works very poorly. Have to enter things into it more than 2 times for it to take effect. The app does not go to the previous screen when using the back button. The app lags very badly as well

My rating is 100 below zero. I went on line to sign up as a new customer typed in my Address so I could choose my plan. Message said I didn't have a smart meter. I do. I looked for an online chat option there is none. So I rang the number on the page. It rang for 30 seconds beeped and cut out. I tried that 3 times. Next Whats App that did not work, so I downloaded the APP, which you guessed it doesn't work. I checked the reviews. Don't bother I've wasted a whole afternoon without luck.

Today I was called back by a Wellington Contact Energy number regarding a due Bill. **Bare in mind I am new to Contact Energy and had no idea what to do or what I was doing...** I was talking to a very kind young Man who taught me how to read my Meter for the first time lol... and he took the time to find out about my due Bill. I just want to say a massive thank you for your teaching, knowledge, kindness, patience and understanding. You were extremely helpful and most of all thank you again!
