With the Ocean Bottle app, staying healthy and making a difference for the planet is a breeze! Each time you scan a refill, we fund the collection of 5 plastic bottles (0.057kg) that would have otherwise ended up in the ocean.

Since 2019 we've collected the equivalent weight of 1.5 Billion plastic bottles in ocean-bound plastic - So join and help turn the tide on ocean plastic pollution.

There's a function to add/register bottles that have been purchased to this app. After 2 minutes of trying, I gave up and then was surprised to see a notification about it being successfully added the next day lol. My second bottle hasn't been so lucky. The app really doesn't seem to do much so it's not a big deal to me. Just adding info so others can save their time/effort if they experience something similar - don't waste your time!

I love this app! I think it's great to see at a glance the incredibly positive impact filling a water bottle can do, as well as being able to see how many times each bottle has been filled. I love being able to see how many disposable coffee cups I've prevented being used! I found it really easy and quick to register each bottle, and the app works with no issues or problems.

Good simple app. Took a while for the bottle to scan but once it did I can tap and log a refill easily. A nice new feature would be to be able to do this from the app icon as a shortcut button or a widget.

-NFC scan to refill has returned!
In our haste to make refilling easier and more accessible we removed NFC logging in the previous release. We'd like to thank everyone that got in touch, your feedback is very important to us!
