I don't get to upload videos. This has been reported to the tech team at Okapi numerous times. Each time I have provided my app ID as requested it's been months now still have no solution to the issue. Now okapi just ignore my emails, and seem to be refusing to engage with me further. I feel that okapi have treated me with utter contempt, and to be honest I'm not sure why, as I'm a paying customer. Noone want to discuss refunds neither. I feel as if I have been robbed.

made a in app purchase. 20mins of video making. after only using 2mins of the 20mins I purchased the app stopped working and wouldn't load anymore videos and buffered for a whole day. So I cleared the cache and reopened the app. and my videos and what I purchased was no longer there. I sent an email for support. Still no response no refund just out my money for trying the app. Update- I tried the app three times and three out of three times this app has ripped me off. criminals

Guys don't download it,you have to pay for it nothing is free.When I download it for the first time it says only 10 seconds video generation for only one month but when I proceed to generate it is forcedully opening the purchase windows to buys it otherwise it won't generate. This only for the people who actually wants to waste money. Don't download it jist to try the deepfake,even for the 10 seconds generation video u have to pay.
