Ratings and reviews

I'm Mahesha, LOGIN OTP issue and invoice sharing grant permission issue, vendor transaction OTP issue. So many issues is there. But is not resolve properly. Only answer email on taking time 24 hours to working 3-5 days. Now so bad working on last 6 months. Before 6 month I'm really use this app happyly. But now so sadly use this app.

I'm not even able to login , OTP verification get failed to many times

It would be great if i could actually be able to register on it, so i could experience it and increase the number of the rating stars. OpenBook seems to be an easy to use and life simplifying app for payments, but it won't let me register. The moment i enter my mobile number and fill out the otp, an error appears saying "otp verification failed. please regenerate otp" and sometimes the error is "we have upgraded to Openmoney". Now I'm not sure what that is, and if others are facing this issue!
