So many faults and so many bikes that don't actually work. One time the handlebar just rotated off and I lost control. One time front brakes didn't work. One time the light didn't work when I was going back home. One time they charge me £150 because the lock didn't work. Clearly dangerous and blaming the customer for its own faults. Downloaded and only intended to top up for £5, ended up taking £15 from my PayPal. Great idea poor practicality and customer service, they are very mean. Recommend using other bike sharing app like Ofo and Obike if you are in Oxford.
Bikes are incredibly uncomfortable if you are taller than a child, have no lights so can't cycle at night and have no gears. Out of 4 bikes I tried to ride, 2 were out of service and another was broken but I got charged 50p just for unlocking it. Will not use these again.
Love the bikes they are light and have a place to put your phone for navigation
Wouldn't let me book a bike because I had 9% battery. 1/5.
What is the difference between pink and grey bike locations? Haven't been able to work it out! Also, would be great if the bikes had some lights as it gets dark so quickly now! Otherwise great!
Didn't work with my phone. I contacted support and they said it's a problem with my model of phone. They should have as list of phones that don't work in the description. They wasted my time.
