Pathbound is an RPG where your real runs power everything. Every mile you cover in the real world becomes stamina for your hero. Spend it to explore a fantasy world, battle monsters, and bring home loot.

Pathbound is not a step counter. Record runs right in the app, or sync finished workouts from Health Connect: outdoor runs and treadmill sessions all count.

HOW IT WORKS

Run anywhere: record right in Pathbound, or use any app or watch that saves to Health Connect. Claim your workout in Pathbound to earn stamina. Spend stamina on expeditions: choose your route node by node, fight monsters, trigger strange events, and decide when to push deeper or retreat with your spoils.

Pathbound connects to Health Connect. It reads your finished exercise sessions and distance to power the game. If you record a run in Pathbound, you can choose to save it to Health Connect too.

Have been playing this since Beta and it is so fun. It's definitely geared towards running but you can get some credit when walking. The developer has put so much effort and love into this game. I love getting to go on adventures after running, it really enhances what running I'm already doing. It's such a fun, unique game.

I have played Pathbound since the early access became available. The game has a great community and developers that actively ask the community how the direction the game should go. It is great to turn your running activities into progress for your character. you can join a guild, get daily and weekly quests, unlock traders in the starter towns, battle your way through increasingly challenging adventures to gain levels, items, perks, potions and food recipes. I have and would recommend this app

Amazing game. Been a supporter through most of Beta and watched this game grow into such a solid state! The mechanics are simple and intuitive, the game reads running and walking data perfectly, but most importantly - it gives the MMORPG fantasy feel that I was looking for! It rewards being a consistent runner without forcing unhealthy habits. It gives lots of choice and flexibility, and keeps me hunting for better gear! My game of the year for sure
