Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible. I have it set in the settings to send me a text with questions so that I can keep up but they never send so I never end up using the app. I have tried contacting support and tried canceling my membership but keep getting errors so I am unable to cancel. It just auto renewed even though I tried canceling. I hate this app and would not recommend at all. Now I need to waste more time figuring out how to cancel.

Qeepsake is great. The app is painful. I have been a subscriber since the beginning. I love the concept, but my texts were always cut off, so I switched to the app. The app is painfully slow, won't load, and no repairs or updates are made. Lately, if the app won't load, it doesn't hold my question for me to answer later. Also, the questions have been really repetitive lately. Please bring some fresh (non coronavirus-based) questions and upgrade your app!!

Great idea, but poor execution. The app is buggy and has a variety of design issues, which makes it hard to go back and add or edit content. The text messaging feature works pretty well, but even if you go into the app to answera different question, Qeepsake will cintinue to send new ones before you get a chance to answer the previous ones, so if you get behind at all you are forced to use the app which is not well made.
