Qudify is light SaaS for Enterprises to digitalise & decarbonise workspaces.

Our QR based internal meeting room booking system enables employees of an organisation to streamline their meeting room management and occupancy among departments, verticals or subsidiaries.

This application is only for tablets and is used to display the status of ongoing & upcoming bookings of a respective meeting room on a particular day.

This applications can simply be downloaded from the app store of the OS. Administrator credentials will be required to setup the account and finalise a particular meeting room on a respective device. Once this is done, the booking status of this respective meeting room will be displayed on the tablet.

This application does not support booking of meeting room, it only display the status. QR code to book the meeting room is displayed in this app, which can be scanned using a smartphone to create a booking.
