About this app

Queue | Resto360 is a front-of-house queue display for restaurants. It uses your existing TV, tablet, or mobile phone as a queue screen – no need to purchase a dedicated device.

When the kitchen presses "Finished" in the Resto360 system, the order number will automatically move from the "Preparing" section to the "Ready for Pickup" section, and a Thai voice announcement will be played through the speakers. Customers and riders can see the queue themselves, eliminating the need to ask staff at the counter.

Features:

• Displays two queue numbers on a single screen – Preparing / Ready for Pickup
• Supports restaurant queue numbers, table numbers, and order codes from food delivery apps
• Automatic Thai voice announcement of the queue number, with a pre-call bell
• No matter how many queues there are, the last column shows how many are still in the queue; tap to see all
• The screen remains in full screen, never turning off automatically. It will automatically resume operation after a power outage without human intervention.
• One-time setup during installation; simply enter the branch code and leave it as is.
• Automatically adjusts font size and number of columns according to the device type (TV, tablet, or mobile phone)

Privacy Policy

The app does not collect any personal customer data. It only displays queue numbers and order codes. There are no ads, and it does not request access to the camera, microphone, or location.
