About this app

Samuro is an appointment and field work tracking application for businesses providing on-site (mobile) car wash services. It is designed for car washes that provide service at the customer's door, workplace, or parking lot. Car wash businesses throughout Türkiye can register for free; no credit cards are required, and there are no setup fees.

YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT PAGE
Once setup is complete, a personalized appointment page will be created for your business. You share the link on WhatsApp, your Instagram profile, or your business card; customer service selects their address and time and submits their request. The request appears in your panel, and the appointment is confirmed once you approve it. You can also record requests received by phone from a single screen.

SEE YOUR DAY ON A SINGLE SCREEN
• Calendar: team by team, hour by hour, who is where

• Customer cards: vehicles, license plates, addresses, past jobs
• Pricing by service and vehicle type
• Daily and weekly turnover reports

FOR THE FIELD TEAM
• Team's own screen: next job, address and navigation
• Taking before and after photos and attaching them to the job
• Departure, start, completed steps
• End of day summary: how many jobs, how much turnover

KEEP THE CUSTOMER INFORMED
Your customer tracks their appointment from a tracking page: status, team, estimated time and post-job photos. They can postpone or cancel their appointment until the team leaves; the request will be sent to you as a notification. Your customer does not need to download the application.

COLLECTIONS
Keep track of collections via cash, bank transfer/EFT or payment link. See unpaid jobs at a glance. You collect the washing fee directly; Samuro does not take a share of this amount. You connect your own iyzico account for card payments.

DISTANCE CHARGE
For addresses outside your service area, a distance charge is automatically calculated and clearly displayed to the customer during booking. You define your area and pricing rules.

NOTIFICATIONS
New appointment requests, cancellations, and time changes are notified instantly. Phone notifications are sent when the application is closed, and email notifications are sent under all circumstances. You choose which notifications you receive in the settings.

YOUR TEAM
Administrators use the panel; field teams only handle their own tasks. You invite your team via WhatsApp. There is no limit to the number of teams.

LOGIN
No password required. You log in with your Google account, a code sent to your phone number, or a link sent to your email.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Businesses providing on-site car washing, mobile car washing, detailed interior cleaning, seat cleaning, and ceramic coating services. Both one-person businesses and those with multiple teams can use it.
