This is one of the most useless and frustrating banking app I have ever seen, customer support don't reply to you and the server keep saying error whenever you want to do anything in the app. Another thing is the verification of documents in order to get a USD account, you can't just provide only three options without adding ID card verification layer. So for someone to get a USD account you must have an international passport, Driver's license or Voter's card 😫. Pls u guys should improve.

It is frustrating because I keep getting the "Can’t access my wallet" message whenever I try to withdraw. It started with "Increase your withdrawal limit" and now this. I've messaged support on WhatsApp but got no reply. I deposited ₦50,000 to fund my card, found it deactivated, tried creating a new virtual card, but it's been stuck for days with an error message "Failed to access your wallet system".

Can't even complete my kyc verification cuz I don't have any of the documents they require for verification. No option for NIN It's supposed to be included. At least for people like me who may not have had the chance to have an international passport or driver's license. Having Voter's card there and no NIN make it seem outdated. They should work on this. Thanks
