This is one of the most useless and frustrating banking app I have ever seen, customer support don't reply to you and the server keep saying error whenever you want to do anything in the app. Another thing is the verification of documents in order to get a USD account, you can't just provide only three options without adding ID card verification layer. So for someone to get a USD account you must have an international passport, Driver's license or Voter's card 😫. Pls u guys should improve.

Please how can i change the status of my funds from processing to successful i wanted to pay for my railway subscription and funded this app i am yet to receive my monwy converterd and no way to reach out costumer care ... I am almost at the verge of losing my client Even till now I am yet to receive my money converted ...

very frustrating app made transfer to my mobile bank and yet to be credited and the customer service team is so poor they don't respond.
