For some reason, neither the app nor website enables user to login within very early hours of the day (WAT). I initially thought it was some network error at my end, however it occurred a second time and this is no coincidence! How a financial app restricts access at specific hours is very sus. This isn't reliable to use, app uninstalled!

first day of using the app. I uploaded lots of cash to create cash and pay for a timely transaction. creating the card they say takes minutes. it's been four hours now. I've not seen anything. if you know your platform is not working. you could as well deactivate and say service upgrade. Than to get someone stuck like this. you guys are a mess

I had a good experience last year using this app but this time, I sent 12,000 naira to the account and tried to make a payment but it failed and I tried to withdraw but I kept getting increase your withdrawal limit and now can't access wallet system. I have emailed support with no response so I don't know if I can withdraw my money 🤦 EDIT: Issue has been fixed.
