Little Rock in the beginning, but I do enjoy the internet good gaming good TV streaming anywhere I've been. I recommend this top item.

Was supposed to allow us to pause and resume the internet, it doesn't. Basically just a glorified way to purchase the modem and plans. Only thing it offers to existing customers is viewing invoices and editing payment method. Pointless.

Received the modem and it stopped working the next day. Costumer service said multiple times they were sending a new one and I only ever received a power cord. They will draw out helping you until your 30 day refund is up and then no help after that. Waste of money and a huge waste of time trying to get help.
