Packaging is so good, give free stickers and quality is wonderful

I have placed order twice and both the orders were damaged and when I emailed them regarding my issue, they aren't responding. Very poor customer service. I expected better from this app. But it is same as all the other apps. Scam. I know what I have to do now. The person who is going to respond here to my feedback is going to say "Please email me your issue and we will sort it out asap" and again if I send an email, there will be no response as usual. Eww.

A total scam. I ordered a keychain and it looked completely different from the image they showed. When I contacted support with relevant image proof and they said that's how it is and the image on website looks different because of reflection. I left a review with images to prove my case and they deleted it without notice and mailed me saying it's exactly like the picture on website please check. Two different mails saying different things just to cover up their false advertising and scams.
