Placed an order on Monday, parcel was delivered Wednesday...haven't opened item yet as it is a Xmas gift, but was very impressed with the quick service

ABSOLUTE JUNK! I have been trying to log into it for months, but at the point of trying to change my password, though all check marks are green, it keeps saying the password does not meet requirements. I have spoken with support twice, and they keep telling me to check again. And, trying to talk to a support person - don't even go there!😡 I am waiting for this service term to end so I can move.
