Wigs are nice. Tried 3 times to get a specific wig. Never got it. Was told I got what I ordered. I had to cut off several inches on each wig and they were still longer than the one I ordered. I would still like the wig I ordered, but am afraid I won't get it again.

This company are scammers. They quote shipping in 1 to 5 days. Suddenly they are making it custom and it will take weeks. You try to cancel and after 4 attempts they claim they refund you but they don't actually do it. Had to report them to credit card company for fraud. Do not order from them

I had an issue with my order, however, I contacted customer service via email and they IMMEDIATELY answered and took care of the problem. CS is amazing. Will definately be ordering again.
