About this app

SmarttLive is a mobile solution for your delivery drivers, replacing old-fashioned printed sheets. In order to use this app, you must have an active licensed installation of SMARTT, the leading software package for your Community Meals (Meals On Wheels) Service.

This app will allow drivers to:

- Complete vehicle checklist
- Enable Mileage tracking
- View drop order
- View meals packing list
- View client information
- Capture service changes
- Capture client concerns
- Perform Non-Delivery of meal
- Fill out Non-Delivery Questionnaire
- Capture probed meal temperatures

Some features can be enabled/disabled using a parameters screen within your Smartt application, allowing for the app to be uniquely configured for each site.

All information is transmitted back to your installation of Smartt in real-time, allowing office staff to view information straight away and so better handle any client queries.
