This app is a great idea and affordable. However, the photographer never called to confirm and we ended up rescheduling which somewhat ruined the point of the shoot. He told me he had blocked the day off I requested because he wasn't in town. Snappr made him available when he wasn't. Then when we took photos Snappr never confirmed with me or did a follow up to ask if the photos had been taken. Their policy is 48hr photos but it's been 72. I paid in advance and currently have no photos/money.

You literally cannot download all pictures at once, whether on desktop or through the app. This is a very basic feature. What difference does it make how good or bad the pictures are if they make it incredibly difficult to access them. I can't believe they expect people to download hundreds of photos that a customer paid for one at a time. This is either a huge oversight or just poor design to force people back into the app whenever they want to view the images.

Highly unsatisfied with the experience. Scheduled for nighttime photos on the Brooklyn bridge. The photos we got back were highly over exposed, done in poor posing and the edits originally done looked like filters from the 90s. They re-edited the photos and while the photos were much better unfortunately they only from some of the worst photos Ive seen to starkly below average photos. Do not waste your time or money with this service. The price does not remotely match the quality of service.
