Very bad experience with this app. Even though you follow the terms and conditions, they still block your account eventually, especially if you scan receipts and ask for vouchers regularly, very disappointing. And if you ask why you were blocked, they just say the system detected something unusual . I asked for proof because I was 100% sure I did nothing wrong but got no more answers back. Don't waste your time!!!

It used to be ok except occasionally a perfectly valid receipt would be rejected. Lately however it's happening a lot more. Customer service say there's nothing they can do except report it. So I've just reached my £2 cash out threshold and claimed it and I'm now going to uninstall the app.

This app is really good, but a couple of issues are annoying. 1. When you upload the receipts, they have to be like really precise while taking snap 2. Is the fact that they said they'd give coins on linking the email address, but so far, ever since I have had this app, I have not received 1000 coins each month every end of the month.
