Bug fixes:

• Sign-in codes: pasting a code, or tapping your phone's suggestion, now fills all six boxes — not just the first.
• New expense: deleted accounts are no longer offered as payers or split participants.
• Settle up button: removed a clipped shadow that showed as a grey box behind it.
• Navigation bar: the indicator no longer overshoots the edge on Friends or Account.
