Sutra is a free collaboration and learning utility designed to build community through small group interaction.

Form and manage any number of small groups for people to learn together, communicate, or collaborate around any purpose.

Deliver empathic learning experiences focused on dialog and authentic connection. Sutra enables you to transform your online course into a community of students who learn from each other and through each other.

Enable learners to communicate and collaborate with anybody around the work with real time messaging and file sharing. Add learning material and deliver it directly to each group. Allow groups to collaboratively contribute to learning material.

Ratings and reviews

This has a great concept, but the app is super buggy. I recorded a voice recording that never got posted. It just spins and spins (still trying to upload several days later). I have posted simple text reflections that never got posted. I try to repost it, and it doesn't work. The notifications don't work correctly either. When I try to click on aessage it takes me there, but then automatically navigates away before I can read and respond.

Sutra has been excellent overall. I had to figure out how to navigate the back end but once I did, it does everything I need and well. I will admit the price increase seems a bit steep.

Sutra is an excellent platform for groups or communities of any size! The app layout and design are beautiful and easy to use. Highly recommend the platform and app!
