Talent is an Indonesian cloud-based HR Software that aims to help companies to simplify their HR processes, from attendance, leave requests, overtime, reimbursement and most importantly: payroll.

The employees can take control of their own HR tasks with the Talent mobile app. This app makes it easier for the employee to request time off, change attendance / shift. or even completing their personal data.

Use Talent mobile app to:

Manage Time Off
- Submit your time off request
- See who's on leave today and on any future date in the dashboard
- See the available balance of your time off

Manage Attendance
- Review employee time and attendance records
- Enable employee to easily request attendance / shift

Company Directory
- View colleague's basic information and contact details all in one app
- Check your employment and personal data, update your data information through the approval

Notifications
- Push notifications to keep you in the loop on the status of your requests

To use Talenta mobile app, your company must be a Talent customer and you must have a Talenta login.

Ratings and reviews

App recently been better but there is issue on requesting 2 half day leave (before and after break), as it is considered as duplicate which is definitely not. Why compare it with only the day and not including the time?

the app does not capture my clocking time and had to do it more than 3 times whenever i wanted to clock in or out. it's already few months. fyi, i always clocking inside the ofc and using my ofc wifi connection or my own data, the app gps able to locate my location, it's within the range. i have launched report before and it was ok for about 1-3 days. then it happen again and the app has been updated accordingly. hope the dev can figure out the issue. thanks.

This application often doesn’t work properly. I always have difficulty clocking in and clocking out. Even though it shows as successful, it doesn’t get recorded in the attendance system. It’s extremely frustrating
