Very disappointed with ALPAKA. The app asks to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites — totally unnecessary for a bag brand. It’s obvious they want you to shop through their app so they can collect data and target ads. Really disappointing and invasive. Not what I expected from a brand that claims to be premium and customer-focused. One star for putting tracking over trust. I have since then uninstalled the app because of this reason.

the apps very laggie and power hungry, I can drop 3% of the battery just by browsing for 7mins. and it's no joke. the phone get superwarm while running the apps. the issue doesnt appear on the web. so unsure what causing the apps. or maybe because it's exynos processor

App is okay but there is an annoying issue that affects the UX. When browsing items, whenever I try to go back to the previous page, it just jumps directly to the homepage and the annoying pop-up "you left these in your cart" comes up each time. A more sensible UX would be to return the user to the spot they have browsed to instead of making users repeatedly scroll through everything to find the place we last stopped at.
