I love their shirts but their app is bad. I always have problems trying to order. The app isn't even working now,so I have to use their website. It's just as bad because their prices change alot from when I add a item to my cart and when I check out. Also it's says right on website it's free shipping over $79 then they charge me for it when I check out. Of course there's no phone number,only way to contact them is through email. I'm aggravated with them.

this app and their website are frustrating to use. Customer service is only via email, so it is hard to get a real time solution to problems. I can't access the rewards they tell me Ice earned. Really odd that products you find on FB can't be found on the website or app. They offer a free shirt, but you can't get it unless you pick another. I'd rather just pay for the one I want. The products are beautiful, but I"m getting so frustrated, I'm not sure I will continue to purchase.

I downloaded the app because I thought it would make my ordering easier. It definitely DOES NOT!!! Every time I try to load the introductory offer for the sticker club, 5 stickers for $1, it won't load into my cart at all. I try browsing, and the app jumps all over the place. I think I'll just stick to my browser for awhile, but I won't be ordering. I'm not comfortable giving my information to a company that can't make their app work and honor what's advertised.
