Very poor customer service they have. I got my parcel with one item missing. But no customer support provided. Pathetic. Don't buy anything from this. Nothing like wow. There offers are fake. They will not give the items. Also not respond to the customer query regarding missing items.

Dear all Stop buying from them ...I think that be better, with continuous worst customer support. One of worst app. No order details maintained, my previous orders for which issues were there are now removed no data and it is hard to get refund back with very slow customer care. With app and WhatsApp the AI is badly trained . Not buying now.

Change your Developers, your web application and Android application and WhatsApp chatbot all are useless, they are not showing the actual data. Different platform , different information which i am recieving for my order . Such a careless thing. Apart from this Your products are good, I'm using from last 3 yrs . But your IT team is....
