Avoid! Not all items delivered. Still pending over 1 month. No refund. Emailing 3 times, texting- no answer.

App won't load items when I search. Live chat isn't working on website. I texted the # for customer service they never responded. Emailed twice asking a question and the person is literally stupid. Ignoring what I'm asking and answering to other things I didn't even ask. Horrible customer service, and I'm about ready to stop ordering from them. I simply want to change out an item from my order before it ships since I chose wrong color.

BAD !!!!Horrible Experience!!!! BAD I placed my order, and they canceled it. After they canceled my order, they charged my credit card for the order. Emailed customer service 3 times, with no response. BAD
