When you put in an order through the app it never actually seems to tell you it went through. I put an order in a few months ago and received it however all them items are still in my cart as if I never ordered or completed the order. Also since I have created an account and mainly been using the app I'm not being rewarded any of my rewards and honest not even being rewarded them from the website either which is very aggravating have Ive spent a good bit of money with you. Please fix this issues

App is useless after purchase. The app like the their website and FAQs pages are Q&A pre-purchase info, benefits sales. If you want to know what the options are on the products ex. the motor head, you are left to guess. PWR, intensity and light are simple. Checkmark button is a mystery.

DBA is an interesting statement it means don't bother associating That's how I feel about this company spent a lot of money and now I got to wait to get it all back because they didn't have the items in stock and they sent me an email about it and I asked them in the email what items were available to be shipped and they repeatedly told me the same thing for five times and then they didn't even want to cancel the order they tried tooth and nail not to give me my money back
