I absolutely love the brand, but recently it's been slack! The app doesn't sync with going online regularly. When you try to redeem points, get ready for that failure to appear. Also, I've made a couple orders recently and they've been wrong, trying to get a hold of customer representatives has been annoying to say the least. Good luck! Clothing is amazing!!

Volcom's app is easy to navigate. I prefer Volcom over a lot of mainstream surfing brands for clothing because they always add a little something to their clothing to make their pieces unique. I.e., a button-up shirt may hv all black buttons excepy one of them are orange, just a random one. They may have stitching one color and a portion of the stitching is a different color. Stuff like that. Makes it a little extra but not flashy.

The filters suck, they don't work and the categories don't make any sense. Searching for items sucks. You're better off finding what you want in a browser and then using the app to checkout if there's an additional discount, otherwise the app is useless
