Download the app for early access to Valentine's collection. But you can open the collection to be able to order. It's very annoying. Can't open anything! Can't order! But you keep sending emails and text about it! Wasted my time today. App is worthless.

This app has been horrible for Android users. I love the company. I love the cups and I hate to leave a one-star review but during the Christmas launch and the Valentine's it has been inaccessible for Android users. I uninstalled & reinstalled still nothing. Two hours later and I still am unable to see the launch even though was told on Facebook multiple are sold out. So disappointing. Will update when fixed.

Love love love your cups !!! Blows Stanley and Starbucks out of the water!! But after today's release I have to say your app is garbage! It was my first release and i only seen 1 of the 4 cups on the app before sold out, and that is after trying to get it to work for 10 minutes. Hope this doesn't continue 😕. Still my favorite cups though!
