Although I live in the USA, my orders ship from NSW AUSTRALIA. Unfortunately my order of 1/31/25 has not arrived Got to Customs in Jamaica NY 2/12/25 and nothing since. Company says that because of new 2/4/25 regulations, customs had to go thru items they had, if that's the case, my package got there after 2/4, it's so sad and frustrating that I can get definite information where my package is. I think it was lost or stolen and company just won't say 🤔 😪😡

The app may not deserve 1 star, but the company sure does! Actually, they don't even deserve that, but you have to give a rating to get to this point. I placed an order for my daughter. She wanted a dress for an important occasion. I ordered the dress and paid for expedited shipping. Imagine my surprise when I was notified delivery was made (later than it should have). In fact, delivery was NOT made. Contacting White Fox has proved futile. Be advised: this is a ripoff business.
