Ratings and reviews

Though my order has long being fulfilled it still shows my unfulfilled order history. Also, my full order history has not been kept in the system it seems. Whether I purchased from site or phonecall or insta msg, through my provided number my data should be stored and shown accurately. This is negligence from management or IT?? Also, show correct rewards points.

The app is a little too slow for my liking and I do not like the user interface as well. They could have done a better job with the categorizing part. The make up and skincare sections could be separate or at least they could have divided the sections into brands. The app is all over the place.

Very poor service and management! Didn't receive my order even after 3 weeks although it's in stock. No update on the matter, no explanation for the delay and no option to cancel the order either.
