I have order from you when were in the pandemic my hair was really bad. I order certain things but yes serum was different so first. I tried the blue serum I liked but for me I need more so I order the extra strength and it it being me back. but finance had me to make a hard decision roof over my family head food in the table. So I had too put us on back burner for a while. But baby lol I'm back and can continue getting my to me no perms my natural self. thank again for really recapturing us

This company has integrity issues! Unfortunately I received a broken bottle , so I immediately emailed a picture and asked how would they resolve this issue. I was told I had to wait 48-72 hours for a resolution. After 72 hours I asked for an address where I could return the bottle . I was told it was my fault because I didn't insure package(not an option) and that it was going to be an additional 48-72 hours to approve a $38 coupon code for a $48 bottle. I won't risk repurchasing. Out of space
