For me, I prefer the instore experience in which there is a look, feel, touch and try-on feature. You have the opportunity to feel the quality.. I hate sending things back if they don't fit or the quality is not what you thought. Better discount offers appear to be better in store. In store provided jobs with individuals who knew the industry and could help with your selection of items. But I realize this is our new norm or wave of the future. I miss our stores here in Virginia Beach.

Disappointed! Was hoping that new ownership would replicate the type of products sold by Steinmart. The clothing and housewares that were sold by the old Steinmart chain of stores were both unique and reasonably priced. Prior ownership understood its customer base. New ownership has a huge learning curve in order to win back Steinmart's prior customer base.

I miss the uniqueness of the products offered in house shopping. I was guaranteed to find super cute one of a kind pieces. When folk saw me they stopped asking where'd did you get that from? They just said STEIN MART!! I could've been the poster model for STEIN MART! Shopping online does not offer the same clothing variety or awesome sales as in store did. No Bueno..
