Teampact brings organisations closer together. With an easy-to-use data collection app and intuitive data management dashboard, Teampact allows coaches, teachers, mentors or other fieldworkers to share their activity and attendance data in real time with monitoring staff! Stop using outdated paper registers and move over to the power of the cloud.

Field workers simply need to open their app, select their class and take a photo, allowing them to spend less time focussing on reporting, and more time doing the important stuff.

010 works offline for those who don’t have consistent internet or don’t want to burn through their limited data plans. The app allows instant tracking of your program, shared directly with your managers, funders, parents, or friends. With even less effort than marking a traditional paper attendance log, the platform tracks when the sessions occurred, who attended, the gender breakdown, and progress over time. Keep an online log with pictures and statistics.

Power users can generate reports, graphs, and detailed statistics. The rest of us can use the app for a quick, verified, and fun record of past sessions. Simply open your phone, select your class and take a selfie. The timer automatically starts to help you keep the session running for the appropriate amount of time. When you are ready, take another picture, add any late comers and complete your session. You can sync right away or wait until you find free wifi. From your phone you can see how many sessions you’ve run, who attended, and whether the session has synced with the database.

Use the records to help participants stay on track, show parents and teachers who attended, or raise funding. Teampact makes program monitoring fun, consistent, and fast.
