• Find a doctor by name, specialty or city, and see their professional profile and consultation fee. AFIYA reviews every doctor's licence before they appear in the app.
• Choose an available day and time and book your appointment.
• Once the doctor confirms, the consultation takes place in writing inside the app, and you can attach photos or PDF files.
• Read the medical records, prescriptions and follow-up plans your doctor writes.
• Keep track of payments: the consultation fee is paid to the doctor directly in cash; AFIYA records the payment and never collects money online.
• Notifications tell you there is an update without showing any medical details.
For doctors: manage your professional profile and working hours, confirm appointments, hold text consultations, write records, prescriptions and follow-up plans, confirm cash payments and follow your earnings.
AFIYA does not offer voice or video consultations or emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
